The moment we walked in, we were just browsing. Our Kota Bear (a purebred Chocolate Lab) went directly up to the window as soon as we walked by and placed his paw onto the glass. He picked us and I am glad he did. I held him in my arms after he stopped flopping around. He snuggled against me. He is my baby boy and our best friend. We love him more than anything and don't know what we would do without him. He is by far the cutest puppy. He is a crazy pup with many quirks and has a heart of gold.

I love this place, provide very great service, Chris was the person that worked with me there, I would totally recommend him, he explained everything that I needed to know for being the first time dog owner. Thank you so much, I go home to happiness everyday.

My visit was on 8/12/15. I came in, fully expecting to adopt a Doberman puppy after months of research. The staff was extremely helpful and let me take him into a room right away. After just a few minutes, I could tell that this dog was not the one for us. Out of the corner of my eye, a Shiba inu/American eskimo mix caught my eye, so again I asked the staff if I could take a look. After playing with the shiba for a while, we absolutely fell in love with him and decided to take him home. The staff was super helpful in explaining everything and I did not ever feel pressured to buy anything extra that I didn't need. The staff genuinely cares about the animals and the families that they are going home with. After we took our puppy home, we scheduled a vet visit with our own vet and he came home with a clean bill of health. That's right; no kennel cough, no giardia, no coccidia, no worms or parasites of any kind. Our puppy was 100% healthy, so please don't let these other reviews scare you away. Yes, pricing is pretty steep, but if you truly fall in love with a puppy then that seems minor in comparison. He has been such a great addition to our family and I am thankful for all of the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

If you do not support pet stores that is fine, you are entitled to your own opinion and you do not need to shop there. How dare you make assumptions with out the correct information. Rescue animals are great, and no one at any Petland would ever say other wise. Some people want a puppy plan and simple. Everyone at Novi Petland has a great heart and is dedicated to what they do and love the puppies.I encourage all of you to stop in and see for yourselves. I promise you will not be disappointed!
